 IHS unifies PT, OT, SLP, wellness programs, massage therapy, and aging-in-place services into a single coordinated solution. This holistic approach improves outcomes, enhances continuity of care, and eliminates the need for multiple providers or clinic visits. 

 We bring personalized care directly to private residences, assisted living communities, memory care facilities, independent living settings, and adult day programs. This reduces barriers to care, improves participation, and supports safe aging-in-place. 

 Every visit is tailored to the individual's goals, medical needs, functional abilities, and environment. Our therapists and wellness professionals emphasize mobility, strength, cognitive function, fall prevention, and meaningful daily participation. 

 IHS collaborates with ALFs, memory care centers, ILFs, and home health agencies to expand their therapy and wellness offerings—without adding staffing burdens. Communities rely on us for on-site classes, screenings, therapy, massage services, and coordinated resident support. 

 Our team specializes in helping individuals remain safe and independent at home or in community settings. We provide risk assessments, mobility screenings, functional training, and tailored recommendations to support long-term quality of life.
